Anchorage Villas

Away from the hectic beachside surroundings and yet close enough to the beach, these villas are surrounded by magnificient landscaped gardens and peaceful countryside fields where you can enjoy the humming twitter of fluttering birds throughout the day. The large courtyard has plenty of walkabout space for families and a children's playground.

The villas are furnished in spartan yet have a comfortable style that make for a nice holiday home.

Both villas are located in a private hotel complex, with landscaped gardens all. A cozy inviting swimming pool is just behind the villas.

Late check out policy:

Late check-out will be permitted only on request.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Children below five years of age will be given free accommodation in the parents' room. There is an additional supplement for children above five years of age.

Cancellation Policy:

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
• In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.

Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
