This lovely villa is furnished to European standards, with complete marble flooring throughout the villa. It is part of a very exclusive private residential complex that has only six villas, with each villa having its own swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

Ground Floor

- Living / dining room and a large terrace overlooking the garden & the pool
- European standard equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large Refrigerator, Aqua Guard water filter, four-burner gas cooker and a modular kitchen.
- One Bedroom on ground floor with large double bed, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning

Upstairs

- Master Bedroom with large double bed, ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning.
- Another Bedroom with double beds, ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning.
- A large Family room with cable TV and two terraces overlooking the pool and garden

The villa is in an exclusive property and can only be reached by  vehicle. An inviting splash pool is the focal point at this villa.

Late check out policy:

Late check-out will be permitted on request.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Not applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
• In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.

Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
