Located in Calangute, within walking distance from the beach, Casa De Goa offers five-star services in a five-star ambience, at non-five-star prices! Spread over two buildings, the hotel has 40 elegant rooms and 12 suites. Six of the suites are independent Portuguese and Mediterranean style villas. Each independent suite comprises a sitting and dining area, a mini bar, a bedroom with attached toilet and shower, and a balcony.
All the suites and rooms are equipped with double or twin beds, refrigerator, satellite TV, telephone and a designer style bathroom, with hot/cold showers and high class sanitary ware.
The hotel has a large swimming pool, a toddler's pool, a pool side bar and restaurant, Jacuzzi and a great team.

The late check-out policy is not applicable.
One child below five years of age will be accommodated free of charge in the parents' room. There is an additional supplement in the case of children in the 6-11 age group.
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- In case of cancellation done less than 14 days prior to arrival date, there will be no retention charge.
- In case of cancellation done within seven days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the package cost.
- In case of cancellation done within three days of arrival date or non utilisation of room would attract 100% of the package/applied cost as retention charge.
Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
