Casa Simonella

One of the apartments is a large one bedroom apartment and the other is a studio suite. Both apartments are independent of each other and have separate entrances.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, with cooking facilities. They are within 10 minutes by road from Calangute and Baga beaches. 

The apartments are ideal for a couple or a small family with children.

Both the apartments are self service apartments. The one bedroom apartment has a large kitchen with table top gas range and the studio apartment has a small kitchenette with table top gas range. Both the apartments have utensils, crockery and cutlery, refrigerators and cable TV.

Late check-out will be permitted on request.

Children below five years of age will be given free accommodation in the parents' room.

There is an additional supplement for children in the 6-12 age group.

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
• In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.

Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
