Each villa is spaciously appointed with a charming landscaped compound highlighted by a private lawn that exposes the delights of tropical outdoor living.
The concept is LIfestyle & Superior living! All villas are exclusive with none being the same as other; yet they are all individually magnificent in their style & design. The interiors of all villas are lovingly done with marble or granite flooring, with teak wood doors & windows and each one having a large Living cum Dining Room, three seperate air-conditined bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, modular kitchen with all facilities that modern living demands.
Every villa has its own driveway for parking cars and its own lawn with a verandah overlooking the lawn.

Children policy:
Children below five years of age will be accommodated free in the parents' room. There is an additional supplement for children between six and 12 years of age.
Payment forms:
Check in time: 14:00
Check out time: 11:00
The rules for cancellations are as follows:
- Cancellations should be made in writing. Telephone/verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date will be given full refund, minus administrative charges (advised upon receipt of cancellation notice).
- Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full.
- No Show will also be charged in full.
- No cancellation will be accepted for bookings between December 23 and January 6. Bookings during this period will be accepted only if the full payment is made in advance.
