Joie de Vivre villas offers the best private, designer villas in Goa. Each villa is magnificently built. The interiors have been custom-designed by the management team.  

Joie de Vivre villas offer the exclusivity of a 5-star boutique hotel, whilst maintaining the privacy of a private home. The seven designer villas are all located in a private residential complex in the village of Nagoa in North Goa. This is a typical Goan village in rustic settings, where one can experience traditional Goan hospitality. The complex is surrounded by lush paddy fields and swaying palm trees, where the breeze filters through to soothe one's senses.

Totally, there are seven independent villas and one two bedroom apartment.  Five of the villas have three bedrooms and two of them are duplex villas with four bedrooms.

The main building hosts the reception area, the restaurant, a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, and an open air conference cum banquet hall.

The two bedroom apartment is spacious. It has a large living room and two separate bedrooms, each with its own attached bathrooms with showers. The apartment is well-laid out, with quality furnishings and is just right for two couples or a family with two children.

There are five designer villas, each with ground plus one floor. The ground floor has a large living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. There is a large veranda facing the garden, on the ground floor.

A lovely staircase takes one upstairs to the family room and the two bedrooms upstairs. One is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and bathtub. The other bedroom is smaller, with attached bathroom and shower. Both the bedrooms have attached balconies. 

All the bedrooms have split A/C units.

There are only two four bedroom villas, which are right next to each other. Both the villas are spread over three floors.

The ground floor has a large living room, kitchen and one bedroom. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The first floor of the villa has two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms. The  top floor of each villa houses the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. There is small terrace upstairs.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Deluxe rooms are on the top floor of the villa. These are slightly larger rooms, with attached bathroom that have shower cubicles. All the rooms have large four poster beds and a balcony overlooking either the pool or the verdant countryside.

All the villas are spread over two floors. The Standard Rooms are located on the ground floor of all the villas and do not have an ensuite bathroom.

There are only two suites in the complex. Both are on the third floor of a villa, offering a panoramic view of the complex and the countryside.
