Marquis Beach Resort is one of the older hotels in Goa, located on a lane off the main Candolim-Sinquirim road. It was built on four acres of property, with magnificent lawns, a large swimming pool, poolside bar and restaurant and within a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa.
It is a pleasant 45-minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from Panjim (Capital of Goa) and within walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and happening places. The 30 elegant rooms are centrally air-conditioned, well furnished, with refrigerators, lounge chairs, en suite bathrooms, hot/cold showers, cable TV and balconies. Most of the Deluxe & Superior rooms face the swimming pool and the beach, while the standard rooms open out on to the courtyard.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Two children below five years of age will be accommodated free in the parents' room.
- In the case of children in the 6-12 age group, 50% of the cost for an adult will be charged as an additional supplement, per child per night.
Cancellation Policy:
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
- In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.
Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
