Neelam's - The Grand is located just 10 minutes' walk to Calangute beach, one of the most famous beaches of Goa. Spread over 8000 square metres, the hotel is set up in a cluster of four imposing buildings with a large inviting swimming pool in the centre.
There are four catagories of rooms available at the Grand, which are Superior Rooms, Superior Deluxe Rooms, Superior Suites and Deluxe Suites.
All air conditioned rooms and suites are equipped with large 32" LCD satellite linked televisions, minibar fridges, tea coffee makers, electronic safes and duvets. Well appointed ensuite bathrooms have hot water , hair dryers and vanity mirrors. Most of the suites have their own private balconies

Facilities & Services
Multi cuisine Restaurant - Located off the atrium is an air-conditioned multi cuisine, buffet and a la carte venue with a cover capacity of 160 persons. The live cooking and the see through kitchen further enhance the gastronomic experience.
Swimming Pool - The Grand has a large swimming pool set amidst all the buildings and forms the central location of all activities at the hotel. Besides the main swimming pool, there is a children's pool, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi, ayurvedic massage room, a well equipped gymnasium, pool tables, table tennis table, dart boards, carom and other board games.
Sports Bar - One of the largest open plan bar offers an exotic array of straight and mixed drinks. As the name denotes, the Pool Tables, Table Tennis, Football, Darts and loads of other sporting activities keep one engrossed in the leisurely activities. There are also giant screens for live sporting events and karaoke sing along features. The venue would also be used for hosting event, launches and shows.
Coffee Shop - Open 24 hours, the Coffee shop serves all quick mini meals throughout the day. It also offer net access and web browsing.
Conference Hall - Newly constructed the hotel has now a conference hall with the state of the art audio visual equipment and can cater for conferences and events ranging from 100 - 200 people in theatre style and 40 - 120 people in U-Shaped arrangements. There are four different halls of varied sizes and can host simultaneous seminars, training sessions and corporate meets.
