Nikita Residency is a strikingly bright yellow coloured building ideally located on Calangute-Mapusa Road, only a minute's walk from the main market. These newly constructed apartments fills a gap in Goa's self service accommodation spectrum.
Nikita Residency has several serviced apartments that are ideal for peace, space, comfort with warm and friendly service. One of the few such places in Goa. Located in the pulsuating town of Calangute, the residency has four luxurious studio suites and four one-bedroom apartments furnished to the highest standards with emphasis on quality and space. The apartments are within easy walking distance to a host of restaurants, pubs and the main beach.
It offers excellent upmarket accommodation at affordable rates.
All the suites and apartments are on a self-service basis. All the bedrooms have an A/C and ceiling fans. The living room in all one bedroom apartments have cable TV and ceiling fans.
There is a wide range of menus available at the apartment, for a la carte service (provided on request).

Late check-out policy is not applicable.
Free accommodation is provided for children below ten years.
A child above ten years will be charged as an adult.
The deposit amount will be retained as cancellation fee if cancellation is done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday.
In case of cancellation done seven to 13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50 per cent of the total holiday cost.
In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100 per cent of the total holiday cost.
Guests may please note that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 31.
