Located on the main Vagator Road, this is a cozy, small guesthouse, which is very popular with budget guests. The guesthouse has 15 rooms, a restaurant and bar, large courtyard and ample parking.
It is 50 km from the airport and 15 km to the nearest railway station. The popular Vagator Beach is 10 minutes by road. This guesthouse is always nearly full because of its great ambience. Bookings are recommended a minimum of two months in advance.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Two children below five years of age will be accommodated free of charge in the parents' room. There is an additional supplement in the case of children in the 6-12 age group.
Cancellation Policy:
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
- In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.
Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
