Late check-out policy is not applicable.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Two children below five years of age will be accommodated free in the parents' room.

In the case of children above six years of age, the rate applicable for an extra person will be charged per child.

Cancellation Policy:

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
• In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.

Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
