"Hotel people are least bother about the customer, they are not ready to tell the direction or even they are not ready to send people for picke when we are struggling to find the hotel."

"People at the reception can be more welcoming. It is also good to have enough tourist information at the front desk. For example, we wanted information on Dolphin cruise. But, neither the people at the reception helped us nor there were any tourist info available at the hotel. It looks like foreign tourists are treated better than Indian tourists."

"The communication between the travels and the hotel is too bad. I paid for MAP plan , but it was communicated as CP. If the receiptionist is not there, the trveller won't get any update on his facility. The food is not that much good and we have very less varities."

"Hotel highly recommended ,our beds were hard the manager purchased two new matreses for us ,nothing was too much for them ,The hotel is central for everything with taxi,s outside which will take you anywhere for a small amount ,rooms basic but very clean ..Staff fantastic could'nt do enough for you and the hotel food was excellant .
This is our sixth time to Goa now and Hotel snata Monica is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in ....pool small but very very clean.and it is a peacefull hotel great for families.
