In case of late check-out after 14:00, 25% of the room rent will be charged.
There is an additional supplement for children between six and ten years of age. Children over twelve years will be charged the same rate as an extra person in the parents' room.
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
- In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.
Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
