- if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited
- if cancellation is made seven to 13 days before the start of the holiday, 50 per cent of the total holiday cost will be forfeited
- no refund if cancellation is made six days or less before the start of the holiday
