Cancellation Policy:
The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- In case of cancellation done more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation done 7-13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total holiday cost.
- In case of cancellation done six days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total holiday cost.
Guests may please not that these rules do not apply during the peak season, that is between December 21 and January 3.
