- 20 Feb 2010, Ms Gill J.The accomodation, Villa Nina in Anjuna village,Goa, was no where close to what was shown on their web site. Please advice peole to check out before booking. The rooms are very modern and clean, the care taker Mr. Raju is also a nice person, but the plroperty is located in a very isolated place with small hut like houses around it. The space between the villa and the compound is also very small and cramped. We had expected it to be a huge campus with a nice villa as shown on the web iste but the place is very small and extremely secluded, also the road leading to it is in a very bad condition, even the locals dont know where the place is. When you book a private villa you expect a very lavish accomodation but the place is no where close to it. Please make yourself ready to a very small and cramped place, you cannot relax in the compound, also the swmming pool is extermely small, just like a pond. Not recommended.

- 27 Apr 2012, Mr Vinay Sharan S.baring the location there was nothing pleasent in that appartment. If I ever chose to go there again it will only be for the location and its proximity to the Baga beach. Overall experience was terrible.

- 17 Dec 2012, Mr Isaiah P.we had reached at 10:00 am and check in time was 11:00 am so they had not allotted room before 11:00 am and this was the worst behavior of hotel manager and at 12:00 pm of check out he informed we will not allow single min also so we are not going to use this hotel again
- 05 Mar 2012, Mr Vaibhav S.No telephone in the room, A/C was making terrible noise, very poor service by staff. Worst hotel i ever stayed in my life. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A GUEST HOUSE / ROOM RENTAL THAN THIS.
