Goa weather forecast

Goa is a coastal state with a temperate climate & moderate temperatures throughout the year. The summer months of April and May are known for their soaring temperatures, and it is advisable not to visit Goa during this time of the year. The temperatures range from 27 C to 34 C. The afternoon siestas are extended vacations from the brightly shining sun and all houses draw their window shades down to maintain the cool interiors of the house. The winter months are January and February with temperatures ranging from 18 C to 30 C.

A pleasant and tropical climate is present in Goa for the rest of the year. The Southwest Monsoon brings rain between June and September. With an annual rainfall of around 2,800 - 3,500 mm between the months of June and September. July receives maximum rainfall while February receives the least. Temperatures range from 20°C to 34°C for the rest of the year.
