The sheets and towels were dirty when we checked-in the room. The flush pipe of the bathroom broke in the first 5 mins we entered the room. We were not moved to a new room but were asked to wait for more than 30 mins. No hot water available for a shower until complained and shower fone was not usuable until last day when it was finally replaced. Breakfast average, TV and remote and fans didn't work. Royal herotage was good in all aspects. Service, cleanliness, staff all the the things were very good. I personaly feels that rooms are littlebit small. All are standard size and they don't have another size room. Secondlly food is too costly, means you are charging it on very higher side, means if someone wish to have food at room only but he can't afford it. e.g. you are taking Rs.57/- for masala omlet, is it really worth for one masala omlet. I feel personally it is too costly. If possible make difference between local visiter and foreign visiter. Secondly you are giving same things for breakfast. When person comes on holidays, and getting same things for all the 5 days for breakfast gets very bored. If possible try to improve on this. O.K. Thanks a lot. There were no phones inside the room. Every time any request had to be made I had to walk up till the reception. Also, no flexibility was show in terms of accomodating a late check out.- 23/12/2009, Mr. Anand Jindal
